Preparation & Positioning for Success: Moderated by Jennifer Miller, GC at Grammarly, this panel will focus on a strategic approach to finding the right GC role and organization. Learn how to align your strengths with the right leadership team and culture, identify the right CEO and company that fit your values, and position yourself for long-term success.
Lunch & Learn: How to Compete to Win the GC Role: Hear from Casey Gordon of Russell Reynolds, an expert in placing GCs. She will share critical insights on how Deputy General Counsel can position themselves competitively against sitting GCs. Learn what recruiters are looking for and what DGCs need to focus on to win the role by showcasing their strengths and potential over more experienced candidates.
The Room Where It Happens: Sterling Miller, three-time GC and author of the Ten Things You Need to Know as In-House Counsel blog, will explore the transition from providing legal guidance to becoming a trusted, influential member of the executive leadership team.
