Julie Kinch

Julie Kinch, Co-Chair of the Ready Set GC Advisory Board, is a seasoned business leader and advisor with more than 25 years of executive experience, specializing in crafting strategies that drive transformational growth. Her expertise has made her a trusted advisor to CEOs and Boards, particularly in heavily regulated industries. 

As the former Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Heineken USA Inc., Julie played a pivotal role in propelling the company's revenue to exceed $1.5 billion. Breaking barriers, she became the first female Senior Vice President and Management Team member, providing strategic and operational leadership while working to change the face of the alcohol beverage industry.

A passionate advocate for gender diversity, Julie founded the Heineken Women’s Leadership Forum, significantly impacting women's representation in Heineken. By 2019, nearly half of its senior leadership was comprised of women. Now in her role at Ready Set GC, Julie draws upon her wealth of experience to guide and empower women navigating the complexities of General Counsel positions.

As founder of JK Leadership Advisors, Julie Kinch remains dedicated to women's equity and leadership and ensuring that women thrive in all environments.  Her multifaceted approach includes roles as an executive coach, consultant, board member, and startup advisor.  She was a Global Ambassador for Vital Voices Global Partnership and is a Learning Team Leader for Linkage's Women in Leadership Institute.


Julie started her legal career with White & Case and prior to Heineken, she was Vice President and General Counsel at Remy Cointreau USA. Julie's commitment to social causes is evident in her leadership roles on the boards of Girls Inc. of Westchester, The STEPUP Foundation, and the Women of the Vine and Spirit Foundation.
